RELCO SALES Company was established in February of 1992 in Solon, Ohio to fill a need in the multi-state market area for direct-factory product sales and support to communications dealers as well as law enforcement and public service agencies.

Our firm is staffed by professional sales and service personnel from the private sector and the law enforcement community. Our owner spent 10 years in the U.S. Air Force as a communications specialist and over 30 years in the private sector in the communications industry. Our sales department is staffed with representatives who bring to our customers more than 35 years of experience as sworn police officers.

Our company provides not only sales and service, but also consulting design and development services to communications users and law enforcement agencies. We are specialists in the fields of covert audio and video, closed circuit video and wired and wireless communications.

We maintain our offices in Aurora, Ohio and our service department, engineering design center, and installation facility in Madison, Ohio. We can provide installation and service for all products we sell to our customers. Warranty service is provided for many of our manufacturers through our fully equipped service facility.

Our company believes that it is important to serve the needs of our customers by providing products at price points that fall within the budget restraints imposed upon them while providing the most professional service and support to insure that the products delivered perform in the manner advertised.
